Well what a feeder weekend that was.

I just thought to put a bit of a write up but without too much detail.
Basically the Garbo boys arrived quite late on the Saturday but were greeted by Fleming and Dan with a BBQ on the go – Fantastic , thanks guys – .
Bait was prepared and you could see that the main target for everyone were the bream, lots of corn around and buckets of worm !!
The weather on the Saturday was VERY bad the wind was blowing around 25 meters per second. Waves of up to half a meter lashing across the pegs  “not fishing for children”
After quite a few line breaks most people found a comfortable distance to fish at , this was between 25 and 35 meters. It took half an hour for people to settle into a style that fitted this weather and then we started to see the bream coming in , it appeared that they were more confident in this weather than when it is calm and due to the waves the bream did actually move around so everyone had some (Nice)…

The results for day one were as follows , very respectable weight’s for such a bad weather day.

Peg 1: Jimmy 5.700 kilo nr.10
Peg 2: Dan 22.700 kilo nr. 1
Peg 3: Michael H 3.200 kilo nr.11
Peg 4: Kasper 8.000 kilo nr. 7
Peg 5: Mark 10.300 kilo nr. 6
Peg 6: Elo 22.300 kilo nr. 2
Peg 7: Benny 6.200 kilo nr. 8
Peg 8: Reijn 11.200 kilo nr. 5
Peg 9: Tim 17.600 kilo nr. 3
Peg 10: Kenn 0.000 kilo nr.12
Peg 11: Flemming 5.800 kilo nr. 9
Peg 11: Søren 16.500 kilo nr. 4
Peg 12:
Peg 13: Eiberg

Sunday was in comparison a nice calm day with winds up to 10 meters per second , everyone was expecting to bag up on big black bears but it didn’t quite turn out that way , Dan landed his feeder on the head of a nice fat bream and pulled a few in the first hour. The fishing was actually a lot harder this day as the bream were not there in big numbers, it turned out that fishing at distance was not very successful. The tactics :- hook size , feeder size , feeder weight , leeder length, etc. made a much bigger difference this day.

The results for Sunday :-

Peg 1: Flemming 1.600 kilo nr. 7
Peg 2: Elo 0.700 kilo nr. 8
Peg 3: Kasper 1.900 kilo nr. 6
Peg 4: Kenn 0.500 kilo nr. 9
Peg 5: Tim 10.700 kilo nr. 3
Peg 6: Dan 11.500 kilo nr. 2
Peg 7: Søren 0.500 kilo nr. 9
Peg 8: Mark 12.100 kilo nr. 1
Peg 9: Jimmi 4.600 kilo nr. 5
Peg 10: Reijn 8.100 kilo nr. 4

Overall a great meeting with a very friendly fun atmosphere – Thanks
