Reports of no groundbait at all for Fyn ???

Hi There

Carlo has come back from the meeting last week telling that there is a total groundbait ban for the whole of Fyn ??

can someone advise if this is correct or at least explain a bit ?

i think there must have been some mistake here.
although the situation if this was true, would have been quite interesting in respect to the downturn of proposition K, at this years meeting.
